Order Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change. Customers may request a full cancellation and receive a 100% refund within 12 hours of placing an order.
- To qualify for a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted within the 12-hour grace period.
- After this window, your order will have been placed into processing, preparation, or scheduling for transport and can no longer be canceled.
Once processing has begun, no modifications or cancellations can be made except for changes to your shipping address.
Shipping Address Modifications
If your order has already entered processing, we can still assist with corrections or updates to your shipping address as long as the unit has not yet shipped.

Orders That Have Shipped
Once a unit has shipped or has been assigned to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Customers wishing to return a shipped product must follow our standard Returns & Refund Policy
