30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and hardware.
- You must include your original order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure proper processing, all returns must follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at sales@relaxonschair.com to request a return. Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm eligibility.
- 2. Receive Your Return Authorization (RA) Number: Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
- 3. Package the Item Securely
- Use the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories, keys, chargers, manuals, and components.
- 4. Clearly Mark the RA Number: Write your RA number on the outside of the package so our team can identify your return quickly.
- 5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
- We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied based on product condition.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety, quality assurance, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be refunded:
- Opened, used, or modified vehicles or parts
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Special order items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notes
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, neglect, or improper handling may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
- Shipping fees, delivery charges, and optional services (insurance, assembly, expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
- For all vehicles, once fuel has been added or the battery is activated, the unit is considered used and may no longer qualify for a return.
