This Limited Warranty explains the terms and conditions of warranty coverage, outlines the responsibilities of both the customer and our company, and details the circumstances that may impact the approval or validity of a warranty claim.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
Relaxons Chair warrants to the Original Purchaser that each new chair purchased from our dealership will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal, recommended operating conditions.
Warranty coverage generally ranges from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the specific chair brand. Your exact warranty duration can be found in the product’s manufacturer documentation or by contacting our support team.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty service:

- The unit must be used as intended, maintained properly, and not modified beyond factory specifications.
2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (Warranty Exclusions)
The following conditions do not constitute defects and are therefore not covered under this Limited Warranty:
Damage Caused By Misuse or Negligence
- Improper handling or storage
- Fire, vandalism, or environmental exposure
- Use of incompatible accessories or unauthorized parts
Unauthorized Work or Modifications
- Repairs performed by unapproved or uncertified technicians
Cosmetic Issues
- Scratches, chips, fading, minor corrosion, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect operation
Other Exclusions
- Damage caused by water intrusion, flooding, or submersion

3. LIMITED REMEDY
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed:
Weller Relaxons Chair will:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost
- Assist with warranty processing with the manufacturer
- Replace defective components in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Labor costs associated with installation/removal
- Transportation or shipping costs of the unit or parts
- Safely returning the product to our facility or authorized service center
Risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the customer until the product is received.
Exclusive Remedy
Subject to applicable state law, the remedy above is the customer’s exclusive remedy for warranty defects.
4. INCIDENTAL & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
Except where prohibited by law, Relaxons Chair is not liable for:
- Loss of use
- Loss of time
- Transportation costs
- Rental costs
- Economic or indirect damages
- Special, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain warranty validity, customers must:
Use Approved Technicians
All warranty work must be carried out by Relaxons Chair or another technician expressly approved by us.
Adhere to Service Requirements
- First service recommended within the first 6 weeks of use
- Continued servicing at least every 6 months for daily use
- Annual maintenance is strongly recommended
Maintain Proper Care
- Keep the unit clean and stored properly
Return Requirements
For structural or frame related claims, the unit or frame must be returned clean for evaluation.
Warranty Void Situations
Your warranty may be void if:
- You attempt repairs without authorization
- You install parts not supplied by Relaxons Chair or the manufacturer
- You disassemble components beyond what is described in the user manual
