LIMITED REMEDY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-weller-recreation-llc-will-\"><strong>Weller Relaxons Chair  will:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide\u00a0<strong>replacement parts<\/strong>\u00a0at no cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with warranty processing with the manufacturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace defective components in accordance with manufacturer guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-customer-responsibilities-\"><strong>Customer Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Labor costs associated with installation\/removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation or shipping costs of the unit or parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely returning the product to our facility or authorized service center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the customer until the product is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-exclusive-remedy-\"><strong>Exclusive Remedy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to applicable state law,&nbsp;<strong>the remedy above is the customer\u2019s exclusive remedy<\/strong>&nbsp;for warranty defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-4-incidental-consequential-damage-disclaimer-\"><strong>4.
